CLEAN Maldives invests in its members through structured educational and skills-development programs. These initiatives are designed to deepen environmental knowledge, strengthen practical capabilities and empower members to take meaningful action — both within the organisation and across their own communities.

Environmental knowledge

Programs cover a range of environmental topics — from marine biodiversity and waste management to climate change and sustainable practices — giving members a solid, evidence-based understanding of the issues shaping the Maldives.

Practical skills

Beyond theory, the programs focus on building real-world capabilities: stakeholder engagement, project planning, environmental communication and community outreach skills that members can apply immediately in their day-to-day work.
